Conduct cutting-edge research on LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, and agentic coding to develop self-improving intelligent agents. Build scalable infrastructure for model training, evaluation, and synthetic data generation while collaborating with engineering teams to translate research into practical systems. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a senior Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD program in Computer Science or a related field with strong fundamentals in machine learning. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch is required, along with hands-on experience in LLM post-training, reinforcement learning, or distributed systems.
