About the team: Founded in 2012, the Noah’s Ark lab has evolved into a prominent research organization with notable achievements in academia and industry. The lab’s mission focuses on advancing artificial intelligence and related fields to benefit the company and society. Driven by impactful, long-term projects, the aim is to enhance state-of-the-art research while integrating innovations into the company's products and services, including LLMs, RL, NLP, computer vision, AI theory, and Autonomous driving. About the job: * Work independently to explore frontier research goals, performing tasks such as algorithm design, literature review, and data collection and analysis. * Author and co-author research papers for publication in top academic conferences and journals. * Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to the research process. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., senior researchers, product managers, engineers). * Analyze and interpret research findings, drawing insightful conclusions and keep track of the latest advancement in related research and identify opportunities for application with CBG products. * Present research findings to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex technical concepts. The total target annual compensation for this position ranges from $127,000 to $225,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise. About the ideal candidate: * Experience with acoustic/speech/audio project (industry-level or open-source) or a groundbreaking solution for hard problem or impactful research or similar achievement. * PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a top university globally. * Have established yourself in the research communities and/or in the industry with a proven track of record in academic/industry publications, at least one (ACL, ICLR, AAAI, COLING、ICML and NeurIPS etc.). * Passion for innovation and a desire to translate research into real-world applications, robust and scalable. * Creative, collaborative and innovation-focused. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
