If you’re a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual seeking growth opportunities and a team-oriented culture – YOU can be our next Insurance Advisor in our Real Estate Practice, Commercial Division. This position will be based out of our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office but will be focused on servicing our Kelowna clientele. Requirements Level 2 General Insurance License. 2-5 years of insurance experience. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; collaborates well working as part of a team. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong business acumen and organizational skills. Intermediate MS Office knowledge, with focus on Excel and Word. A Day in the Life Provides exceptional customer experience working with Production teams. Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge. Adheres to HUB Service Guidelines. Demonstrates commitment to teamwork by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager (Producer) and Marketer with all aspects of servicing accounts. Responds to customer requests acting within license authority. Acts as primary customer service contact in the absence of Producer. Attends Critical Path meetings and completes any action items assigned within specified timeframe. Processes all documentation and transactions according to HUB workflows. Promptly reviews and manages account reconciliation working with Accounting, Producer and Client. Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks daily including mail, emails, abeyances, activities. Provides Accounts Receivable support to Producer for payment reminder letters as requested. Maintains accuracy of electronic files. Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers. Continues professional development to enhance skills and technical knowledge. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Where This Can Take You We invest in our employees! The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
