The Opportunity: The Billing Specialist is responsible for the Processing and managing of billing transactions for assigned policies, ensuring timely and accurate collection of invoices. The Billing Specialist will also work with clients, brokers, and insurance carriers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies while demonstrating exceptional customer service abilities at all times.
