Job Overview Le gestionnaire principal qualité assure le leadership en matière de qualité, d’amélioration continue et de gestion de la qualité pour les activités Electro Composites de Saint‑Jérôme.A Day In The Life Gérer le système de management de la qualité ISO 9001 à l’échelle du site, en conformité avec la certification corporative Hubbell Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans qualité pour assurer la conformité des matières achetées, des pièces fabriquées et des produits finis Mettre à jour le manuel qualité afin d’y intégrer les changements et améliorations Développer et maintenir les systèmes qualité : SPC, étalonnage, non-conformités, actions correctives, audits internes et inspections premier article Collaborer avec les clients, fournisseurs et représentants qualité afin de comprendre les exigences et résoudre les problématiques qualité Gérer la documentation, les enquêtes, les communications et les suivis des plaintes clients dans SAP-PPI Répondre aux plaintes clients en temps opportun Maintenir le processus formel 8D et utiliser les outils Six Sigma pour réduire les rebuts Représenter l’entreprise lors des audits internes et externes Assurer la qualité des matières premières, encours et produits finis Préparer les rapports requis par les clients et la direction Soutenir et documenter la qualification des fournisseurs Formuler des recommandations et prendre des décisions partagées relatives à la qualité Approuver ou refuser les matières reçues What will help you thrive in this role? Baccalauréat en génie. Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (atout). Certifications qualité souhaitées : Six Sigma Black Belt, CQA, CQM. Excellente connaissance de la norme ISO 9001:2015 et de son leadership. Expérience démontrée dans l’animation de revues de gestion, événements Kaizen et ateliers Lean. Expertise reconnue en résolution de problèmes : 8D, analyse des causes racines, DMAIC, FMEA. 6 à 10 ans d’expérience en qualité dans un environnement manufacturier. Leadership d’équipe et excellentes aptitudes en communication. Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.). Excellentes compétences en communication écrite, verbale et en présentation. Capacité à exercer un leadership terrain. Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and possess 6 to 10 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015, Six Sigma methodologies, and strong leadership skills are required for this role.
