Oversee systems, security, documentation, vendors, technology planning, and support across multiple businesses and locations, including participation in the shared on-call rotation.

Coordinate engineering firms, vendors, procurement, technical reviews, and risk activities while supporting delivery through design, construction, and commissioning.

Advise new and existing clients on personal insurance products, explain coverage and policy options, and contact insurers to resolve questions.
