You will be responsible for coaching store managers on workforce planning, productivity, sales performance, and profit margins, a full-time role in itself. But we expect more. What are we looking for in our new Regional Manager? The region covers a part of Belgium and Luxembourg, so ideally you are based in the Brussels, Flemish Brabant, or Limburg area. Willingness to travel within our BeNeFrux organization. Proven experience in a commercial environment, retail experience is a strong advantage. Several years of management experience in a similar role. A natural focus on delivering excellent service, leading by example for Store Managers. Strong analytical skills and experience working with KPIs. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in Dutch, French and English is a strong advantage.
