Job summary

Summary: The Sales Support Specialist administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests. Responsibilities are centered in contacting prospects to obtain required information and leading them through the entire onboarding cycle from application to activation, which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation. In addition to ensuring a satisfactory applicant/customer experience, the Specialist ensures accuracy of data in our system of record. Duties & Responsibilities: Contact prospects in accordance with daily/weekly/monthly targets. Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) to ensure accuracy. Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures. Obtain information to qualify new prospects including products and brands carried and distributors purchased from. Lead qualified prospects assigned to you through the customer onboarding process from application to activation which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation. Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline. Actively expand and maintain product and brand knowledge. Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers. Other onboarding related tasks, responsibilities and special projects as needed. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors’ Degree in business, finance or related degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in banking or finance. Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail, organized and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while staying focused with minimal supervision. Excellent communication (verbal and written communication) and listening skills. Problem solving skills. 1+ years of sales, finance, loan documentation or customer support experience. Working knowledge of Salesforce. Working knowledge of Credit basics. Working knowledge of UCC's

Requirements
