Partnering closely with HR teams and hiring managers, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a mix of high-volume and specialized roles while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Beyond recruitment, you'll play an active role in employer branding, campus engagement, community outreach, and talent pipeline development, helping shape Husky's future workforce. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source, screen, and assess candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Maintain candidate and requisition data in the ATS (PeopleSoft preferred). Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Track recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding Support campus recruitment programs for students, interns, co-op students, apprentices, and new graduates. Represent Husky at career fairs, networking events, and community hiring initiatives. Partner with HR, business leaders, and Marketing to promote Husky's employer brand. Build relationships with schools, career centers, workforce organizations, and community partners. Support internship and co-op programs and assist with recruitment marketing campaigns. Research workforce development programs, grants, and student hiring incentives. What You'll Bring 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a related field. Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment; campus recruiting and internship/co-op programs are assets. Strong sourcing skills and the ability to attract talent through multiple channels. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development. Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably PeopleSoft. Understanding of employment legislation and ethical recruitment practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, skilled labour, technical, or industrial environments.
