VOTRE FONCTION SOUS LA SUPERVISION DE LA DIRECTION DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES, LE/LA TITULAIRE DU POSTE EXERCE UN RÔLE CONSEIL AUPRÈS DES GESTIONNAIRES EN MATIÈRE DE RESSOURCES HUMAINES ET PLANIFIE, ORGANISE, DIRIGE ET CONTRÔLE LES DIFFÉRENTES ACTIVITÉS SOUS SA RESPONSABILITÉ AU SEIN DU DÉPARTEMENT DES RESSOURCES HUMAINES. IL/ELLE EST RESPONSABLE, ENTRE AUTRES, DE LA GESTION DE TOUS LES PROCESSUS ET DOSSIERS RELIÉS À LA DOTATION, LES AVANTAGES SOCIAUX ET DE L’APPLICATION DES LOIS, NORMES ET POLITIQUES EN VIGUEUR. VOTRE PROFIL * Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines; * Expérience en ressources humaines dans une entreprise internationale * 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement pour des postes techniques et manufacturier; * 3 ans d’expérience en mobilité internationale; * Expérience dans l’industrie aéronautique et dans le domaine des composites un atout; * Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) ; * Maîtrise des logiciels : Word, PowerPoint, Excel (niveau intermédiaire) et Outlook; * Expérience avec le SIRH de Oracle un atout ; * Habileté à coacher et à influencer * Être orienté résultats, qualité des données et amélioration continue * Bonne gestion des priorités. Requirements

Candidates must hold a university degree in Human Resources and possess at least 5 years of recruitment experience in technical or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in French and English, along with experience in international mobility and HRIS systems, is required.
