Your Impact As a Manager, you will: Oversee and manage multiple assurance and non-assurance engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency. Lead pre-engagement planning, scope and assign work, and maintain firm quality assurance standards. Apply technical expertise to provide insightful recommendations and solutions for clients. Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for added value and new business. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a culture of learning and high performance. Participate in firm management, policy development, and professional standards committees. Deliver presentations and training, sharing your expertise internally and externally. Contribute to recruitment and performance evaluations, helping select and grow top talent. What You Bring: CPA designation (or equivalent). Minimum four years’ experience in public practice, with at least one year in a leadership role. Advanced knowledge of compilation, review, and engagements, as well as corporate and personal tax. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with superior organizational skills. Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. Experience in client management, team leadership, and file documentation. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
