H.Y. Engineering was established in 1980 followed by H.Y. Land Surveying in 2002. Together, H.Y. offers a comprehensive, in-house service combining land surveying, planning, and civil engineering. H.Y. has been involved with the development process of countless subdivisions, multi-family projects, commercial, and industrial developments. We have also completed government infrastructure projects involving legal surveys, design and construction of roadworks, and major trunk water and sewage systems. Larger projects include developments valued over 1 Billion. No matter the size of the project, we are able to address challenging factors such as poor soil conditions, difficult topographic conditions, and extremely inclement weather conditions. Conduct field inspections of civil servicing construction projects to ensure compliance with design drawings and municipal standards. Manage construction administration tasks, including reviewing contractor test reports and processing contract progress draws.
