About the Role Here at Hype Events we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and is looking to build a long-term career in customer service. You will handle customer face to face, ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism and care. Full training will be provided, and no previous experience is required—just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner Maintain detailed and clear customer records Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs Follow company procedures and contribute to service improvements Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction About You Strong communication and active listening skills A calm, supportive and patient approach Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic IT proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM systems) Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Team-oriented and eager to learn (No specific qualifications required; all applicants welcome.)
