Entry-Level Marketing Associate Location: Midtown Toronto | On-Site At Hype Events, we create meaningful connections between brands and their customers through face-to-face marketing, events, and customer engagement. We’re looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Associate who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative environment. What You'll Do Support face-to-face marketing and customer engagement initiatives Represent established brands at events and promotional campaigns Work closely with team members to achieve shared campaign goals Participate in cross-training across marketing, sales, customer engagement, and team development Communicate with customers and provide a positive brand experience Learn campaign strategies, performance tracking, and client expectations Contribute ideas and collaborate with teammates to improve results Our Cross-Training Approach At Hype Events, we believe the strongest teams are built when everyone understands how the business works.
