Event Marketing Representative Hype Events | Toronto, ON | In Person Looking for an opportunity to build business skills? At Hype Events, we create face-to-face brand experiences that connect businesses with real people through event marketing, B2B and B2C campaigns, and brand representation. We’re looking for energetic, curious and coachable people who want to learn by doing. 🚀 What You’ll Learn: This is a hands-on opportunity to develop skills that can follow you throughout your career, including: Communication and public speaking Customer engagement and relationship building Sales and marketing fundamentals Brand representation Teamwork and leadership Professional confidence Problem-solving and adaptability Campaign execution and performance tracking You won't be expected to know everything on day one, but we do expect you to get better one day at a time. Training, coaching and feedback are part of the development process. 🎯 What You’ll Do: Depending on the campaign, your day may include: Representing well-known brands at events and promotional campaigns Starting genuine conversations with customers and members of the public Learning campaign messaging and communicating it clearly Creating positive customer experiences Working alongside an energetic team Receiving coaching and applying feedback Tracking results and learning what works Taking on additional responsibility as your skills develop Every campaign is different, so the work stays active, social and people-focused. 🌟 Who We’re Looking For: You could be a great fit if you are: Comfortable meeting new people — or excited to become more confident doing so Coachable and open to feedback Reliable and professional Positive and team-oriented Motivated by personal growth Someone who enjoys an active, social environment Looking for real-world experience, not just another line on a resume Previous marketing or sales experience is helpful, but we're also interested in people with transferable experience, strong communication skills and the right attitude. Requirements

Candidates should be reliable, professional, positive, team-oriented, coachable, and comfortable meeting new people or motivated to build confidence. Previous marketing or sales experience is helpful but not required; transferable experience and strong communication skills are also valued.
