Your Path to Management: 01 — Sales & Marketing: Start on the front lines, learning face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign performance. 02 — Team Leadership: Build leadership habits by supporting, training, and motivating teammates while learning what it takes to create a strong team culture. 03 — Administration & Operations: Learn the business behind the campaigns — including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, reporting, team coordination, and daily operations. 04 — Project Management: Put it all together by taking ownership of campaigns, projects, and team initiatives while learning how to plan, execute, and improve.
