Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: * Innovation * Trust * Entrepreneurship * Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: * Review customer specifications and translate requirements into technical solutions. * Analyze electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, interface documentation, and engineering specifications. * Develop and maintain Bills of Materials & Electrical drawings. * Ensure engineering changes are properly documented and controlled. * Validate first article manufacturing quality from vendors. * Support the development of test procedures & manufacturing documentations. * Coordinate prototype builds and engineering validation activities & ensure successful transition from prototype to mass production. * Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues during development and production. * Provide technical support to Manufacturing during production. * Support investigations of customer return and quality issues. What Sets You Apart: * Bachelor diploma in relevant field or equivalent. * Over 3 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within OEM environment * Mechanical and electrical skills. * Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) * Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings & program PLC * Experience with electrical and electronic assemblies. * ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitudes. * Good sense of organization, planning and problem solving. * Developed autonomy and positive and proactive attitude. * Ability to perform work in a production and development environment. Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess over 3 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within an OEM environment. Proficiency in reading technical drawings, programming PLCs, and working with ERP systems like SAP is required.
