Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role is critical to ensuring the efficiency, coordination, and professionalism of business operations. This position requires a high degree of judgment, discretion, and initiative. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, providing proactive support that enables focus on high-impact priorities. The ideal candidate brings a polished, solutions-oriented approach and is comfortable navigating complex schedules, confidential matters, and shifting priorities with poise and professionalism. Core Responsibilities: * Proactively manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure alignment of key priorities across leaders’ schedules; * Arrange domestic and international travel and manage related expense reports accurately and on time; * Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools; * Assist in coordinating internal communications and recurring reporting cadences * Organize and maintain digital filing systems, including SharePoint sites and internal repositories; * Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables; * Attend select meetings to capture notes, decisions, and follow-up actions as required; * Interact with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the supported leaders, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times; * Provide support on special projects or ad hoc initiatives as assigned by the divisional leaders or Chief of Staff.
