Our values reflect the mindset we bring to everything we do: * Innovation * Trust * Entrepreneurship * Customer Focus What You’ll Be Contributing: * Define the overall software architecture for Hypertec's HPC & AI Cluster Management Platform in collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Services group to understand market requirements and product priorities. * Deliver an initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while working with technology partners, software vendors, and hardware suppliers to evaluate integration opportunities and emerging technologies. * Design a modular, scalable, secure, and highly available software architecture capable of managing HPC & AI infrastructure. * Establish architectural principles, technology standards, software frameworks, and design patterns to support future platform growth. * Ensure the platform remains extensible APIs to support evolving hardware technologies, AI workloads, and customer requirements. * Engage with strategic customers to understand operational workflows, deployment models, and industry-specific challenges. * Translate customer and market needs into scalable software capabilities while maintaining a common platform architecture. What Sets You Apart: * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * 10-15 years of experience developing complex enterprise or infrastructure products. * Experience developing software for HPC & AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or similar. * Strong understanding of systems engineering, software architecture, and hardware/software integration. * Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Technical leadership experience in leading and mentoring teams directly.
