Summary Location: YUL Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Aircraft Charter Sales Representative will interact with new and existing clients for the purpose of providing third party charters for Execaire and Image Air fleet aircraft as well as sub-charters for clients when fleet aircraft are not available. The Aircraft Charter Sales Representative will be expected to have a strong sales demeanor with the ability to convert trip inquiries into revenue generating flights and act as a results-oriented solution provider.Responsibilities Adhere to company procedures and policies Analyze customer needs and match these needs to aircraft capabilities, conferring with Operations as necessary. Work with team to find optimal solution for customers and Execaire. Prepare for and attend trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other local, regional or national promotional opportunities. Gather market information to maintain competitiveness. Maintain record of prospects, leads, customer contacts, wins & losses on database Prepare and deliver quotations to customers Organize charter flights including times, passenger names, ground transportation and catering requests, customer preferences etc. Find sub-charters when fleet aircraft unavailable. Follow up on charter flights in progress Resolve problems and provide ongoing support Conduct customer satisfaction surveys Promote sales to existing clients to seek any future opportunities Establish new customer relationships to grow customer base Keep up to date quote statistics Review and approve post-flight billing destined to Accounting Issue monthly/quarterly customer reports and maintain active scorecards Update aircraft information for marketing initiatives Update information on sub-charter companies (fleet, rate per hour, insurance, operating certificates, etc.) Work on special projects, as required Meet and exceed yearly sales targets Accomplish other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales Requirements College or University diploma in a relevant field Aviation experience 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role Good knowledge of MS Office Suite Self-starter - shows initiative and motivation Excellent organizational & communication skills English and French are required for this position as occupant will be negotiationg with clients both nationally and internationally. Requirements
Candidates must have a college or university diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a similar aviation sales role. Proficiency in both English and French is required for national and international negotiations.
