In this role, you will read engineering drawings, assemble complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components, and perform quality checks using precision inspection tools to ensure products meet exact engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems accurately from engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Inspect components using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches, to verify exact tolerances. Fit, align, and calibrate fabricated parts and sub-assemblies during the fabrication process. Troubleshoot assembly, hydraulic, or electrical fitment issues and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following all workplace health and safety protocols. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: Strong proven knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Technical Skills: Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated skill using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque wrenches) and standard hand/power tools. Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Work Conditions: Ability to perform physical tasks associated with assembly in an on-site fabrication shop environment.
