Procurement / Purchasing Specialist - Plastic Recycle Material $ 5000/Month + 10 % Commission Hamilton, ON KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our team. This position is responsible for purchasing Plastic Recycle Materials from suppliers, scrap yards, auto recyclers, and other sources while accurately evaluating materials, negotiating competitive prices, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The ideal candidate has knowledge of the Plastic Recycle Materials industry and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly detail-oriented environment. Purchase Responsibilities Purchase Plastic Recycle Materials from established and new suppliers. Identify and evaluate Plastic Recycle Materials based on type, make, model, and material composition. Research current market values for Plastic Recycle Materials . Accurately price converters using company pricing tools, databases, and market information. Negotiate purchase prices while maintaining profitable margins. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, recyclers, dismantlers, and other vendors. Inspect incoming Plastic Recycle Materials for quality, authenticity, and condition. Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and inventory documentation. Monitor market trends and changes in precious-metal prices that may affect purchasing decisions. Communicate pricing, purchasing decisions, and market updates to management. Identify opportunities to expand the company's supplier network and increase purchasing volume. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures related to the purchase and resale of catalytic converters. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience purchasing recycled plastic materials preferred. Knowledge of Plastic Recycle Materials identification and grading is highly desirable. Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and basic mathematics. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and make sound purchasing decisions. Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, databases, and online pricing resources. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet purchasing goals. Valid driver's license Identify and evaluate Plastic Recycle Materials based on type, make, model, serial numbers, and material composition. Research current market values for Plastic Recycle Materials Accurately price converters using company pricing tools, databases, and market information. Negotiate purchase prices while maintaining profitable margins. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, recyclers, dismantlers, and other vendors. Inspect incoming converters for quality, authenticity, and condition. Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, and inventory documentation. Monitor market trends and changes in Plastic Recycle Materials prices that may affect purchasing decisions. Communicate pricing, purchasing decisions, and market updates to management. Requirements

Candidates should have strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and mathematical skills, be comfortable using computers and pricing resources, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and hold a valid driver's license.
