WHO ARE WE? We are the Project Business Management (PBM) Association: a community of practitioners, all volunteers. We are from different industries, different functions, different countries. We believe that how Project Business is conducted today can be improved: too many projects fail, in one way or the other; The roots of failures are always in the Development Phase: This is the “business phase”, before the contract, where client and supplier meet. We have one common purpose: Re-think and re-re-define how we procure, sell and develop successful projects in the 21st century. Candidates must have experience in the development phase of complex B2B projects, specifically in procurement, sales, or project management. Experience in engineering or project finance is also highly valued.
