As a Plastics Forklift Operator you can expect: Excellent Hourly Wage Wage Increase after 3 Months 12-hour Continental Rotating Shifts (Days and Nights) Company Paid Life Insurance, Health, and Dental Benefits RRSP Company Match On the Job Training Uniforms Provided Safety Shoe Allowance Clean and Safe Work Environment Team-Oriented Culture Continuous Skills Development Employee Referral Program Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment in accordance with established safety and operational guidelines Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries Load, unload, and transport finished goods and raw materials throughout the facility Supply production lines with required raw materials in a timely manner Remove finished product from production lines and place in designated storage areas Perform routine inspections on forklifts and equipment; report defects or maintenance needs promptly Handle materials carefully to prevent product damage and maintain quality standards Ensure proper stacking, storage, and organization of materials and finished goods Conduct weekly line sanitation as scheduled Assist production lines as needed throughout the shift Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals Education / Skills / Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years of proven forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required) Valid forklift license/certification (Counterbalance required; Reach/Walkie considered an asset) Experience operating heavy material handling equipment in a fast-paced production setting is an asset Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work both independently and within a team environment Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and priorities Reliable with strong attendance and work ethic Pay Rate: $24.46/hr to start

Safely operate forklifts to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. Maintain production flow by supplying lines and ensuring proper storage and organization of materials.

Requires at least one year of forklift experience in an industrial setting and a valid counterbalance certification. Candidates must be reliable and capable of working 12-hour rotating shifts.
