We are seeking a Facility and Maintenance Coordinator to join our morning shift team. This role is responsible for coordinating facility maintenance activities, scheduling preventive maintenance, supporting the upkeep of the building and equipment, and ensuring maintenance tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance for facility equipment and building systems. Contact and coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs. Monitor and track maintenance requests, work orders, and service schedules. Perform general facility upkeep, including minor maintenance and repairs as required. Conduct routine inspections of the facility and report maintenance concerns. Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and related documentation. Support inventory management by tracking maintenance parts, tools, and supplies. Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, organized, and in good condition. Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE. Assist with general maintenance projects and other facility-related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or manufacturing environment is an asset. Experience coordinating maintenance activities or working with contractors is an asset. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management software is an asset. CSA-approved steel-toe safety footwear required. Valid driver's license is an asset. Schedule Morning Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.; Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages based on experience.
