Summary The Marketing & Proposal Administrator supports proposal development, marketing initiatives, and business development activities. This role works closely with proposal specialists, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create professional, high-quality proposals and marketing communications while maintaining company branding standards. Qualifications Education Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience 1+ years of proposal coordination, marketing, or related experience. Experience in construction, engineering, utilities, or infrastructure industries is an asset. APMP designation or pursuit of certification is considered an asset. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and document management systems. Experience with social media, content management, and marketing tools. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Duties Support the preparation and submission of proposals, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, and pre-qualifications. Maintain proposal libraries, project profiles, resumes, and marketing materials. Coordinate proposal schedules, meetings, document collection, and submission activities. Assist with formatting, editing, proofreading, and quality control of proposals and marketing content. Support website updates, social media content, and marketing communications. Maintain CRM systems, opportunity tracking tools, and document repositories. Assist with presentations, case studies, award submissions, and promotional materials. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather proposal and marketing information. Responsibilities Ensure proposal and marketing documents align with company branding and quality standards. Support business development, marketing, and proposal initiatives. Maintain accurate records and marketing assets. Assist with content creation for LinkedIn, website updates, newsletters, and internal communications. Support continuous improvement of proposal and marketing processes. Contribute to the successful delivery of business development opportunities and marketing campaigns.
