Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS). This role is responsible for quality assurance and quality control activities across substation and high-voltage construction projects, ensuring work is completed in accordance with client requirements, project specifications, and company standards. Qualifications Experience 5+ years of construction experience. 5+ years of quality assurance and quality control experience. Experience working on high-voltage and substation construction projects. Previous supervisory or leadership experience is considered an asset. Education & Certifications The following are considered assets: PSE, PLT, or ASET designation. Journeyperson Electrician with Red Seal endorsement. Construction Management education from a recognized institution. ISO 9001 or ISO 27001 training. Skills Ability to interpret civil, electrical, and structural drawings. Strong understanding of substation construction and quality control requirements. Experience developing and managing Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Ability to review technical specifications and project turnover requirements. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of Iconic's Quality Management System. Develop, review, and manage project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Conduct inspections, testing, audits, and quality assessments. Monitor subcontractor quality processes and review subcontractor ITPs. Track deficiencies and initiate NCRs as required. Support project teams with material inspections, RFIs, and quality documentation. Coordinate client quality requirements, reporting, and turnover deliverables. Participate in project and client meetings related to quality matters. Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
