Lead the development of underwriting practices, processes, analytical frameworks, and management tools for insurance programs and MGA partnerships. Coordinate strategic initiatives, conduct complex analyses, recommend improvements, oversee partner due diligence and controls, and serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external partners.
