Job summary
ID Logistics is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team supporting fulfillment operations for three (3) months. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager the Continuous Improvement (CI) Intern supports initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality, and productivity across the organization. This role provides hands-on experience in process analysis, problem-solving, and implementation of improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Key Responsibilities * Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities within various departments * Support the collection and analysis of data to evaluate current performance and identify gaps * Participate in Lean/Six Sigma projects and continuous improvement initiatives * Help document current processes and map workflows (e.g., process mapping, SOPs) * Support root cause analysis and problem-solving activities * Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for improvement initiatives * Assist in developing and presenting recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce waste * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements * Maintain documentation and records related to CI projects * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management (1–3 years of experience preferred). * Strong understanding of site process paths and the ability to capture them accurately. * Excellent documentation skills using tools such as Lucid chart or similar process‑mapping software. * Ability to support site Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and initiatives * Strong proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Comfortable working with operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. * Ability to spend time on the floor, observe processes, and translate observations into clear documentation. * Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to follow up on CI action items.

Requirements
Candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and process-mapping tools like Lucidchart is required, along with the ability to analyze operational data.
