Position Overview The SDR will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and revenue growth. This role blends relationship management, consultative strategy, and commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities Research and engage potential leads through calls, emails, and social outreach. Qualify prospects and schedule product demos for the sales team. Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat engagements through proactive support and strategic partnership Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs Collaborate with internal research, sales, and product teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews Maintain detailed and accurate client activity in CRM systems Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Healthcare, or a related field 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field; new graduates are welcome. Energetic, motivated, and eager to build a career in sales and business development. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset. Compensation & Benefits Salary: CA$45,000 – CA$55,000 per year Profit-sharing/Bonus: Up to 10% of salary (based on hitting quota, client satisfaction and retention KPIs) Sales Commission: Commission on total sales up to 100% of salary Total Target Compensation (OTC): CA$90,000 – CA$110,000+ annually Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and statutory holidays Annual professional development budget Trip to Hawaii for Sales Person of the year Why Join Us?
