Develop and deliver recruitment plans and manage the candidate pipeline, guiding prospective students through inquiry, application, admission, and enrollment. Build relationships with students, families, counsellors, schools, and education partners; represent IE at events and collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment across Canada and occasionally the United States.
