Program Manager – Event Operations & Hospitality πŸ“ Location: Toronto, ON πŸ“… Duration: 11-Month Contract (through June 2027) 🏒 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4–5 days/week onsite We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support the execution of a high-profile client hospitality and sponsorship program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating complex event logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences. What You'll Do Manage multiple program and operational workstreams simultaneously. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and execution schedules. Coordinate hospitality events from planning through post-event reporting. Manage ticket requests, inventory, allocations, attendee tracking, and last-minute changes. Partner with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. Track budgets, project milestones, KPIs, and operational metrics. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Ensure compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and operational processes. What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Event Operations, Hospitality, Marketing Operations, or a related field (recent graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply). Experience coordinating events, hospitality programs, sponsorships, or operational projects. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, Excel, or other tracking tools. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
