Job Description: Position Title: Business and Investment Program Specialist TOP IT FIRM Type: Contract Location: 100% Remote in USA/Canada Contract Duration: 2-month contract until November 2026 NO C2C OR 1099 Summary of the opportunity Client Overview: A leading figure in the Technology industry is seeking a passionate individual to join as a Business and Investment Program Specialist. Role Summary: This role is instrumental in managing and executing investment programs, facilitating cross-regional consistency, engaging with partners and stakeholders, and maintaining rigorous business management practices. What are the key responsibilities? INVESTMENT PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION (50%) Investment Program Execution Lead investment programs, ensuring adherence to top-tier standards, encompassing scope determination, execution planning, and stakeholder collaboration on a global scale. Oversee and approve Tier 1 Customer Success Partner (CSP) authorization, ensuring a robust vetting process. Refine the CSP authorization process to align with global expectations and standards. Harmonize the channel and partner organizational structures and processes between North America and Latin America. Maintain engagement continuity and manage direct and indirect CSP engagements, including communication strategies, decision-making criteria, and partner vetting. Amplify partner messaging on professional platforms such as LinkedIn, and through events, articulating the benefits to all partner verticals. Sync partner communications with overarching corporate messaging directives. Investment Program Management Support execution and follow-through on ‘Help Needed’ and any other change management actions derived from ROB, account planning, and/or regional reviews. Ensure landing and execution of reviews of prioritized business commitments are accomplished. Support the continuous improvement of governance practices, including the adjustment of Microsoft's pricing and data reporting structures. Facilitate a high bar of execution around compliance, readiness, and training. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (40%) Manage Business Rhythms and Special Projects Oversee the team’s Rhythm of Business (ROB), ensuring optimal team performance and business outcomes. Assisting with special projects and initiatives. Tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Exceptional Communication and Collaboration Communicate effectively with stakeholders, upholding accountability and transparency regarding program status, risks, and mitigation plans. Collaborate with leadership to develop business planning processes, ensuring they align with corporate objectives and integration within the broader business landscape. PROJECT COORDINATION AND ADMINISTRATION (10%) Expense and Travel Management Manage and process expense reports, oversee budgets, and maintain compliance. Coordinate intricate travel arrangements through platforms such as Concur. Calendar and Communication Oversight Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and minimize scheduling conflicts. Handle broadcast emails, draft and proofread official communications, and assist with special projects, ensuring project milestones are met. What experience are we looking for to drive success? MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in business management or administration. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field, or equivalent experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities. Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other internal tools (including, Employee Central, MSExpense2, MyOrder, and Cytric Travel). Technical industry experience.
