Afternoon shift - Monday to Friday. Full time!! Responsibilities Dust all furniture including desks, chairs, tables (exposed areas of desk only) and other areas as assigned Clean all mirrors and glass within the unit, including interior glass in partitions and doors Clean, sanitize and polish all bathroom fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and hand basins Empty and maintain all containers and garbage bins Refill all dispensers to normal limits including napkins, soap, tissue, towel, liners, and cups Perform additional cleaning instructions received from client (when required) Establish positive rapport with clients when possible Provide an exceptional level of service that exceeds the expectation of the client Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies Qualifications Effective communication skills both written and verbal Pride taken in providing clean residential and commercial environments to clients Strong attention to detail Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings Works well independently and in a team environment Minimum of one (1) years of experience in commercial cleaning is preferred Must have own reliable transportation.
