Lead and coach co-workers to maintain an efficiently stocked facility and an optimal shopping experience for customers. Set team goals and share product knowledge to ensure the IKEA range is presented inspiringly.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience and at least 2 years of managerial experience. Candidates must be able to motivate teams and optimize retail operations.
