Entrance & Play Co-worker

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • Minimum 1 year of related experience A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments, including entrance and play areas. • Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience. • Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty. • Lead yourself to continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the area of customer service. • Support relevant stakeholders to ensure customers visit IKEA again and provide right preconditions to enable children to stay engaged with the play areas.
