WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE • University degree and 3 years of related experience, or minimum 7 years of related experience • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience • Proven experience in a high-volume food or hospitality environment A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US • Lead the team through planning, coaching and coordinating food selling activities to deliver to the common objectives and goals. • Implement common commercial framework, standards, plans, WoW (Ways of Working), tools and KPI’s adapting to local requirements and legislation. • Contribute insights and ideas to the market business plan as an integrated commercial partner and manage forecasting and budgeting in line with financial plan. • Secure global and national compliance standards and optimised levels of commerciality are achieved by cooperating effectively with key stakeholders. • Ensure the customer has an inspiring food experience and secure that common store planning solutions and vitality packages are implemented within all food commercial areas. Requirements
