Job summary

( Sales Area - Cooking and eating) • You are sales‑driven, outgoing, and confident in approaching customers in a polite and friendly way. • You’re passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience by actively promoting IKEA services and helping customers make informed decisions. • You have previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a fast‑paced retail environment. • You’re comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and enjoy being on your feet throughout the day. • You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive sales by ensuring your area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, and correctly priced, with products always in perfect condition. • Optimize availability by analyzing sales space capacities and adjusting stock levels based on system parameters. • Be a product expert by learning the features and benefits of all Cookin& Eating(Cookshop) products and sharing your knowledge with customers. • Actively engage customers—identify their needs through the right questions and recommend the best solutions for their home. • Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a safe, organized work area, including performing tasks requiring physical effort and lifting up to 50 lbs.
