What You Will Do Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls, responding to client inquiries, and completing call backs. Monitor and manage voicemail messages, ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly and appropriately. Complete order entry as needed, and related administrative tasks. Collaborate with the sales team to finalize sales transactions, collect payments, obtain required documentation, and retrieve product. Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports as requested by management. Provide weekly progress reports on all responsibilities What We Offer You Wage: CA$43,000.00 - CA$45,000.00 Employer paid group benefits What You Need To Succeed High School Diploma Post-secondary education is considered an asset Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and POS-based software Experience with Excel is considered an asset Working knowledge of medical or rehabilitation equipment is considered an asset Proven experience in sales and customer service Experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating with clients and healthcare professionals by phone and in person Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work If you are interested in joining our winning team and have what it takes to be successful in a dynamic industry, we want to hear from you!
