Role Description The Marketing Associate role is a part-time, on-site position based in Richmond Hill, ON. The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign planning, coordinating promotional materials, and updating online listings and social media channels for pre-construction projects. This role involves conducting basic market research on GTA condo developments, helping prepare marketing presentations, and supporting sales initiatives with timely content and collateral. The Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with agents to ensure consistent brand messaging and accurate information is shared with prospective clients. Qualifications Strong Communication skills for client-facing materials, internal coordination, and clear written and verbal messaging. Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and report on pre-construction condo projects and local market trends. Sales and Marketing skills to support promotional campaigns, lead generation activities, and brand awareness initiatives. Project Management skills to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple marketing efforts simultaneously. Comfort with digital tools, social media platforms, and basic design or content creation software (e.g., Canva, CRM systems) is an asset. Ability to work on-site in Richmond Hill, ON, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, organized approach. Previous experience in real estate, marketing, or related fields is an advantage but not required. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
