This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll drive product development across a sophisticated backend-frontend architecture (60% backend, 40% frontend). You'll own technical strategy, lead high-performing teams, and deliver complex features end-to-end, all while maintaining the architectural excellence and security practices that define our platform. What You'll Do Own the delivery of complex products across a modern backend/frontend platform while providing hands-on technical leadership. Build & Deliver– Complete end to end Fullstack TS development, from APIs and real-time services to frontend experiences, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines. Lead Architecture - Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions, define architecture, and balance long-term maintainability with delivery speed. Drive Product Outcomes - Partner closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver incremental value to customers. Champion Engineering Excellence - Set standards for code quality, testing, observability, performance, and security. Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers to elevate team capability. Own Releases - Manage the full lifecycle of feature delivery, including CI/CD, security remediation, dependency management, documentation, compliance, and production releases. Continuously Improve- Measure outcomes, optimize team practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve productivity and quality. Must-Have Skills Expert in TypeScript, React, and Node.js Experience delivering cloud-native applications with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices Strong understanding of distributed systems, software architecture, testing, and security Proven technical leadership and mentorship experience Effective use of AI-assisted development tools Nice To Have Experience with Redis, Electron, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems Familiarity with observability, data platforms, and security best practices Open-source contribution experience Experience with AI-assisted development and agent-based workflows Why Join Us?
