Job Role: DB2 Developer Location : Montreal, Quebec, Canada Required Skills Expertise in DB2 UDB with writing complex data retrieval queries and stored procedures Expertise in Linux Shell Scripting Solid experience with Python / PERL. Good knowledge of Autosys or any similar scheduling tool Knowledge and good understanding of object-oriented programming Detail oriented, ability to turn deliverables around quickly with high degree of accuracy Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret business requirements and produce functional and technical design documents Good time management skills – ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple efforts at once Strong desire to understand and learn domain Desired Skills Experience in Green Plum Experience with Informatica Experience in a financial services/banking industry Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, equivalent field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in developing queries, scripts, and procedures with DB2 UDB database.

Requirements

Candidates should have expertise in DB2 UDB and Linux shell scripting, solid Python or Perl experience, and knowledge of scheduling tools such as Autosys and object-oriented programming.
