Assist with material handling, equipment operation, and general shop duties while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Skill/Effort Requirements * Organizational skills * Initiative-taking * Problem solving * Communication skills * Ability to follow instructions and work safely independently or as part of a team. * Strong work ethic and reliability Responsibilities * Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products. * Move materials throughout the facility using manual methods or equipment (e.g., electric handcart, jib cranes – certification) * Support machine operators and production staff as needed. * Perform basic assembly, grinding, deburring and finished tasks. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area. * Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements. * Conduct visual quality inspections of parts. * Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment. * Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to supervisors. * Perform other general labour duties as assigned Working Conditions * Industrial manufacturing environment * Exposure to heat, noise, heavy equipment, and moving machinery. * Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements required. * Rotating Shifts: Days and Afternoons
