Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $65,200 – $92,600 base salary Hours: 40 hours per week Work Schedule: 2-week Rotating shift (Midnights, Afternoons, Days) IMT Precision does not use artificial intelligence, automated screening systems, or algorithm-based decision tools in any part of the hiring process for this position. Position Summary THE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING STRONG LEADERSHIP AND CLEAR DIRECTION TO UNIONIZED EMPLOYEES WITHIN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT. THIS ROLE ENSURES THAT PRODUCTION TARGETS ARE MET SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY WHILE MAINTAINING QUALITY, COST, AND DELIVERY STANDARDS. THE SUPERVISOR WORKS CLOSELY WITH OPERATIONS, MAINTENANCE, QUALITY, AND HUMAN RESOURCES TO ENFORCE COMPANY POLICIES, IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENTS, AND FOSTER A SAFE AND RESPECTFUL WORKPLACE. ABOUT YOU At our company, we are looking for exceptional individuals who can meet the following criteria: * Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions * Lead by example in a fast-paced unionized environment * Administer policies consistently and fairly * Work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions * Adapt to changing business and operational needs EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE * Education: Industrial Management Certificate and or/Supervisor Training * Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment KNOWLEDGE * Manufacturing processes and machinery * Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Operator Process Control (OPC) * Labour Relations and union environment * Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and related regulations * WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information Systems) * Familiarity with production scheduling, material flow, and operational KPI’s SKILLS * Strong leadership, decision making, and motivational skills * Conflict resolution and team-building abilities * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines * Effective communication, both written and verbal * Proficient in planning, organization, and time management * Capable of training developing employees If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team! What you’ll do

Requirements

Requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a certificate in Industrial Management or Supervisor Training. Must have knowledge of OHSA, WHMIS, and Statistical Process Control.
