This position is responsible for the completion of shipping and receiving orders, and responsible for the accurate and on time loading of materials. Skill/Effort Requirements * Fluent in English, oral and written * Have a valid Driver’s license * Currently or willing to become a certified forklift operator * Strong computer skills – word, excel, D-365, Teams, Outlook * Strong problem-solving skills * Works well with others and independently * Excellent customer service and support experience Educational Requirement * High School Experience/Proficiency * 2-3 years Shipping and Receiving Experience in a Warehouse Setting Responsibilities * Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the shipping and receiving paperwork and area * Inventory accuracy * Oversee unloading of goods from trucks, unpack, verify and route goods to appropriate areas. * Maintaining the integrity of all materials at receiving * Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, both internal and external * Abide by all safety and security policies * Maintain records and required operating licenses and/or certificates as required * Other tasks as given by your supervisor
What you’ll do
Organize day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely loading of materials. Oversee the unloading, verification, and routing of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma and 2-3 years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one), and strong computer proficiency.
