We provide residential, non-residential, and support home services across Alberta. Our Edmonton region is ICE’s largest — with the most programs, staff, and clients. Community Rehabilitation Managers play a central role in making sure services run smoothly, staff are supported, and clients receive the highest quality of care. Role Summary As a Community Rehabilitation Manager, you will oversee multiple residential and non-residential programs across Edmonton. You will lead staff teams, support clients’ needs, and serve as the key link between staff, families, guardians, and government representatives. In ICE’s busiest region, the pace is fast and every day is different. You may be reviewing support plans, mentoring staff, responding to urgent issues, managing resources, or meeting with families. Requirements

Requires a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in disability services and preferably post-secondary education in Human Services. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check, and Basic First Aid with CPR Level A.
