Independent work environment Opportunity for career growth Referral bonuses Be part of a trusted organization focused on service excellence What You’ll Be Doing Flag and direct vehicles at entrances, exits, and throughout the lot Welcome guests with enthusiasm and inform them of parking options and availability Keep traffic flowing safely and efficiently during busy events Report any accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility or Senior Manager Communicate debris, spills, or other issues to the Facility or Senior Manager Maintain a positive and visible presence throughout your shift Working Conditions Able to stand and walk for long periods Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting Ability to lift up to 20 lbs as required What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong English language skills (reading, writing, verbal) Confident and helpful when interacting with the public Team player with a proactive mindset #IPC2 The composition of Indigo's workforce reflects a wide variety of ages, profiles and roles.
