Serve as a Customer Service Representative, assisting customers on-site and handling calls. Maintain close communication with dispatch using a two-way radio or cell phone. Relay information about incidents or emergencies to the appropriate personnel. Issue warnings and citations for improperly parked vehicles. Identify vehicles in violation of parking codes. Report hazardous conditions like missing traffic signs or street markings. Identify and report suspicious objects or vehicles. Monitor environmental conditions for potential hazards such as ice. Use a hand-held device to input and retrieve vehicle information. Investigate and address complaints related to contested parking citations. Keep detailed operational records including activity logs and contested citations. Collect fees from parking meters. Maintain and manage assigned equipment. Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues to the Manager. Perform any other assigned duties as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven problem-solving abilities. Ability to maintain a professional attitude in various situations. Proficient in working well within a team setting. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Able to handle a fast-paced work environment and work effectively under pressure. Strong attention to detail and keen observation skills. Demonstrates pride in delivering high-quality service. Accurate data entry skills. Possession of a valid provincial driver's license. Clean driver's abstract. Basic computer proficiency. Successfully pass a criminal record check.
