About the role Bershka is bold, fast and product driven. As Operations Manager, you will lead the operational engine of the store — ensuring deliveries, stock control, payroll, schedules and productivity run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-volume environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, control costs and build a strong, engaged operations team. You must be comfortable making decisions, analysing performance and leading under pressure. What you’ll be doing Leading deliveries, replenishment and stock control processes Managing rotas, payroll and hours budgets Monitoring productivity and operational KPIs Supporting employee relations processes in line with company policy Developing and coaching the operations team Maintaining high standards in health, safety and sustainability Supporting excellent customer service through operational efficiency This role requires flexibility, resilience and strong organisation in a fast-moving retail environment.
