Job Title: Project Administrator II Location: North York, ON & Chatham, ON Duration: 1 Year About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator II to support our Community and Indigenous Engagement team. This role involves managing communications, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in fostering relationships with Indigenous groups and supporting corporate citizenship initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage engagement mailbox and database entries. Draft letters and prepare presentations, briefing notes, and meeting materials. Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track commitments/action items. Support sponsorship applications and community event logistics. Maintain records, SharePoint sites, and regulatory documentation. Provide team support including calendar management, vendor onboarding, and internal communications. Qualifications: Relevant education with a minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience (or equivalent). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and general computer use. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
